Allergy Relief Tea

When to Drink: At any time of the day or evening.This tea is good for those who suffer from hay fever. Stinging nettles and Elderflower can help to moderate the allergic reaction to pollens.
Echinacea is considered to reduce inflammation and to help to balance the immune system.
For hayfever, it is best to take this tea regularly for some weeks to get its full benefit. It can heal and strengthen the membrane lining the nose.
In general, Allergy Tea can help to reduce the intensity of hay fever symptoms.Ingredients:

Echinacea Tea

Echinacea Tea for Winter Comfort

Taste: a tingling lemon taste with a hint of ginger
Drink: On its own without milk or sugar, add honey if desired
Brew: Add boiling water and allow to brew for at least 15 minutes for a perfect infusion
When to Drink: This is a tea for any time: morning, afternoon or evening.

Echinacea tea is stimulating and warming, ideal for a cold wintery day. The mixture of Echinacea root and flowering tops, rosemary and lemon verbena can be useful in reducing the severity of the symptoms of a cold. Echinacea was traditionally used for coughs and colds. Recent scientific research supports this. Ginger is often used for its warming effects.
Echinacea tea can be drunk cold, and even used as a cold gargle.

Echinacea purpurea herb flower, Echinacea angustifolia root, Echinacea angustifolia herb flower, ginger pieces, apple pieces, orange peel, rosemary, lemon myrtle, lemon verbena, blackberry leaves, linden flowers.

Serenity Tea

Serenity Tea to enjoy peaceful moments

When to Drink: Drink this tea at any time to help you relax. This tea is particularly suitable for children, when it is time for them to calm down, or when they seem irritable.

This is a naturally sweet tea with a definite taste of vanilla. It can be helpful in relieving stress and anxiety. Oatstraw is a source of minerals needed by the body: iron, zinc, and manganese. Chamomile is well known as a herb with a calming effect. It can be useful for hyperactive children, as well as calming the digestive system. Catnip is another digestive aid which can relieve tummy discomfort, and help to calm down a restless child. It has traditionally been used to help with colds and flu.

Turmeric Tea

Turmeric is the trend of the season and an absolute must-have as a tea. This spice has been used for its antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties for thousands of years. Turmeric tea is a popular way to consume turmeric. It has a unique but subtle flavour, and is great way to reap the health benefits of turmeric. This herb tea blend is based on turmeric roots and ginger pieces and caters for an extraordinary taste experience.
Ginger’s spicy warm flavour is underlined by sweet aniseed and delightfully bitter cocoa shells. That certain something comes from cinnamon pieces and their pleasant spice.

Turmeric slices (45%), ginger pieces, aniseed, cocoa shells, cinnamon bits. The ingredients are from organic cultivation (German control body DE-ÖKO-003).

Elderberry Syrup

Elderberry Syrup

200 ml bottle

The elderberry tree (sambucus nigra) produces gorgeous lustrous purple-black berries with colourful red stems. The berries contain vitamins C and A and iron. Sambucol is the active constituent of the berries.
Elderberries have long been used to fight colds, and recent studies in Norway and Israel have found elderberry to be an effective treatment for flu.
The elderberries in this syrup have been collected from woods in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

Ingredients:
Elderberries, sugar, water, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, echinacea root.
This product does not contain any preservatives. It should be kept in the fridge and tightly sealed. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Boost Tea

Boost includes elderflower which is known for its antiseptic and tonic properties. It can be useful when the immune system needs a boost.

It keeps you feeling well and full of energy.
Aniseed and cardamom are both good for the digestive system, while ginger can stimulate the circulatory system.

Slumber Tea
